The venue is a short walk from King subway station. You can also hop onto the 504 eastbound streetcar and get off at Jarvis Street.
Please stay up to date with any subway closures that may affect your trip. TTC closures can be reviewed on their website here.✦ WEATHER STATEMENT:
Please dress appropriately for the weather and to take care in the heat.✦ IDENTIFYING EVENT STAFF:
The Host, Volunteers and Vendors will be wearing a corresponding role tag. Please find one of us if you need any assistance with anything related to the event!
If you have concerns regarding the facilities, please direct your question to either a Host, Volunteer or the venue staff.✦ LINEUPS / RSVP / EARLY BIRD FREEBIE:
There may be a line to get into the event. We will have event staff managing the flow of traffic. Your patience is appreciated!
If you RSVP'd, please show event staff your Google Form response and you will receive a free print! This can be done in line or at the cupsleeve redemption table. If there is a line, RSVPs will have priority over walk-ins.
Be one of the first 10 people in line to receive an additional FREE holographic ticket!
They will be given out just before opening.✦ RECOMMENDED TIME LIMIT:
We encourage guests to limit their stay to 1 hour to allow for other guests to enjoy the event! We will have event staff managing the flow of traffic. There is limited seating at the venue; please be mindful and offer your seat to guests in need.✦ ORDERING:
Upon entering, the order counter will be in front of you. You can view the Chatime menu in advance here. We will have a featured menu, but purchasing any drink is qualified for the event freebies. Please wait to the left side of the counter to pick up your drink, and don't forget to grab your receipt for a cupsleeve redemption!✦ CUPSLEEVE REDEMPTION TABLE:
Close to the neon sign on the right, you will find the cupsleeve pickup table. Present your receipt to the volunteers there to get your FREE event cupsleeve and random photocard!✦ COLLECTING MERCH BUNDLES / BUYING EVENT MERCH:
If you preordered a merch bundle, please state your name to the volunteers at the cupsleeve pickup table and they will give you your package(s). If you won our giveaway bundles, please state your name and which giveaway you won.
If you are interested in purchasing event merch, we will have a limited amount of merch and merch bundles available for sale at the event. Event merch can be purchased with cash or through e-transfer.✦ PHOTO AREA:
Next to the cupsleeve redemption table is our photo area. Take photos with our life-sized standee cutout of idol Akaashi!✦ MINI ARTIST ALLEY / VENDORS:
On the right side of the venue along the window, you can shop for Haikyuu fan merch from our lovely vendors. Not all vendors accept card payments, so be sure to bring cash just in case! You can view our vendor lineup here and on our Instagram.✦ DECO STATION:
Across from the vendors is a small toploader and picket fan deco station. Each attendee is permitted to decorate 1 toploader for free. Picket fan kits are available for $5 CAD each. Please be respectful of the materials provided and do not take any stickers or tools home with you.✦ MESSAGE WALL:
Leave a message for your favourite Haikyuu character/idol at the message wall! Please only write on the sticky notes provided, and not directly on the venue walls.✦ WASHROOM ACCESS:
Please ask the venue staff at the counter for access to the washrooms onsite.
